The Longevity Suite
The Longevity Suite
Design to live more, beautifully
A new chapter in residential living, where bespoke interior architecture and longevity science come together to shape environments designed for wellbeing, regeneration and long-term quality of life.
Visionnaire & The Longevity Suite
Visionnaire and The Longevity Suite - Europe’s most advanced Biohacking & Anti-Aging City Clinic Network - come together to shape a new frontier of living. A collaboration born from a shared vision: to design spaces that enhance quality of life, transforming living environments into journeys of energy, balance and continuous regeneration, where Italian craftsmanship, bespoke interior architecture and advanced longevity expertise converge into a seamless residential experience.
Together, they establish a new paradigm of health and well-being applied to the spaces of daily life. The partnership introduces an integrated and scalable design approach, developing residential solutions across three key areas.
The Longevity Suite Residences
Architecture designed around wellbeing
The Longevity Suite Residences are developed around a holistic architectural approach where spatial design, environmental quality, natural materials, calibrated light and sensory comfort contribute to physical and emotional wellbeing. The home evolves from a passive space into an active environment conceived to support wellbeing, balance and long-term quality of life.
These developments are conceived as “Longevity Ready” residences: living environments designed around highly advanced technical and architectural features that actively contribute to individual wellbeing on a daily basis. Beyond traditional real estate standards, the residences embed health, recovery and regenerative lifestyle principles directly into the living experience, creating a new form of long-term value for residents.
Certified for the longevity of living
Residences engineered for wellbeing, recovery and longevity
The “Longevity Ready” certification extends beyond conventional energy-efficiency parameters to include emissive and environmental quality standards, evaluating aspects such as indoor air quality, low-emission materials, electromagnetic exposure reduction, water quality, circadian lighting systems and overall physiological comfort. In this vision, the home evolves from a passive space into an active infrastructure for wellbeing, prevention and the longevity of living.
Integrated Systems
Advanced environmental technologies and wellness infrastructures are seamlessly embedded into the living experience, transforming the residence into an ecosystem designed around balance, prevention and long-term wellbeing.
Air, light, acoustics, thermal comfort and material quality become active components of the architectural experience, contributing to healthier and more restorative environments through invisible systems conceived to support everyday life in a natural and intuitive way.
The result is a new model of luxury residence where environmental intelligence and wellbeing become part of the environment itself.
The Longevity Suite interiors are conceived as refined, restorative environments where architectural elegance and scientific well-being converge. Luminous volumes, continuous surfaces and fluid spatial transitions create a sense of calm, balance and natural harmony, reinforcing the home as a place of regeneration.
A sophisticated palette of natural and mineral materials — including travertine, marble, stone, wood and contemporary surfaces — is enriched by brushed brass accents, soft neutral tones and deeper shades of grey and brown.
Light becomes an architectural element, shaped through cuts, indirect illumination and calibrated atmospheres. Low-emission finishes, carefully selected furnishings and advanced systems designed to reduce EMF exposure contribute to a controlled, serene and restorative living experience, consistent across residences worldwide.
A New Paradigm of Living
The Longevity Suite Residences are not simply places to live.
They are homes designed to live better, for longer.
The Longevity Suite Residences redefine contemporary living:
homes designed to enhance quality of life and support a better, longer way of living.
Hydor Tower
Architecture as a living organism
Hydor Tower represents the first architectural project developed through the Visionnaire & The Longevity Suite partnership. Designed by LUCA DINI Design & Architecture, the project emerges from the encounter between architecture, nature and longevity science, interpreting the building as a living organism capable of engaging with the natural elements - water, air, light, earth and fire - and transforming them into active devices for wellbeing, regeneration and balance.
The concept takes shape from the imagery of water: fluid, transparent, reflective and in constant motion. The building evokes the sensation of a vertical cascade, where light flows across the glass surfaces, filtered, modulated and returned to the interiors as a sensory experience.
The façade is no longer conceived as a simple envelope, but as a living diaphragm, mediating the relationship between inside and outside, body and landscape, natural energy and residential comfort.
At the heart of the project lies the symbol of the leaf, translated into a dynamic architectural system. Like an intelligent natural surface, the façade captures light, filters air and contributes to the building’s energy performance. The brise-soleil therefore assume a dual function: both an identity-defining element and an environmental device, able to regulate solar exposure, generate clean energy and create a changing atmosphere throughout the day.
The tower develops according to an organic logic: its base geometry draws inspiration from natural forms, while the volumes are sculpted through cuts, setbacks and green terraces that open the building to the surrounding landscape. Active rooftops, wellness areas, transparent surfaces and integrated vegetation transform the architecture into a residential ecosystem, where every element contributes to the perceptive, energetic and psychophysical quality of the spaces.
The Building
Hydor Tower extends across 12 above-ground floors and two underground levels, for a total surface area of approximately 9,300 square meters.
The ground floor is conceived as a welcoming space for residents and guests. From the lobby, direct access leads to the Longevity Spa reception, which includes private consultation areas, a specialized shop and a bar overlooking the pool with an outdoor sundeck. The underground level hosts the Longevity Spa, covering 1,300 square meters and designed as a flexible environment where traditional treatments and advanced longevity protocols coexist.
The residential floors begin from the first level and are organized into four apartment typologies, ranging from 150 to 250 square meters, each with private terraces of 30 to 40 square meters. The ninth floor features two penthouses, each offering over 310 square meters of interior space and terraces exceeding 100 square meters. At the top of the building, the rooftop terrace includes a panoramic bar and infinity pool, while the upper floor hosts the restaurant.
