Visionnaire signs the interiors of a penthouse within Les Jardins d’Eau and one of the exclusive villas of Mareterra – the most innovative urban and architectural development ever conceived in the Principality.
With this project at Mareterra we wanted to translate the soul of the Mediterranean into a sensorial and cultural experience, evoking a sense of belonging and harmony with the unique context of Monaco.

Framed by lush greenery and overlooking the sea, the penthouses of Les Jardins d’Eau embody Riviera elegance with expansive layouts and wide terraces, while Visionnaire’s design approach infuses them with artisanal heritage, material experimentation, and contemporary aesthetics to craft immersive environments where emotion and identity shape the living experience.
Visionnaire’s penthouse unfolds over three levels. On the first floor, the living and dining areas feature Hero Products of the brand, such as the Babylon Rack system, Shibari armchairs by Studiopepe, Aries armchairs by Draga & Aurel, and the Kerwan dining table by Alessandro La Spada.
The second floor includes a second living room with the Walker modular sofa by Fabio Bonfà, an office with the Ephir desk by Alessandro La Spada, and the first bedrooms.
The upper floor reveals a panoramic master suite with the Aubade bed, opening onto a belvedere with breathtaking views over the Monegasque Riviera.
With Mareterra, Visionnaire reaffirms its international vocation and its role as an authoritative interpreter of a lifestyle that originates in Italy yet speaks to the world. Its creative journey intertwines heritage and innovation, engaging with diverse cultures to shape spaces that endure over time and become true icons of contemporary living.
Italian Design and Build – led by General Manager Ennio Guzzo – commissioned Visionnaire to shape the most prestigious interiors of Mareterra. The collaboration represents the perfect synergy between a company specialized in turnkey luxury projects and a brand that embodies Italian savoir-faire.
Mareterra is an ambitious waterfront regeneration project, designed by a team of world-renowned architects and landscape designers. This new extension of Monaco’s coastline is created with sustainable techniques and conceived as a harmonious dialogue between sea and land. Largely pedestrian and immersed in greenery, Mareterra features a Japanese garden, a refined promenade along the water, a small port, underground parking, and both residential and commercial spaces. Its masterplan integrates seamlessly with the existing coast, offering new cultural and recreational opportunities for the Monegasque community.
